Ingredients
- 50ml Trash & Treasure Tropical Rum
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- A fresh lime
- Pineapple Juice
- Soda
Method
- Muddle your mint leaves and 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice in a glass
- Fill with crushed ice
- Pour over 50ml Trash and Treasure Tropical Rum, then 50ml Pineapple Juice
- Stir your ingredients together from top to bottom of the glass
- Garnish with lime and fresh mint
